French-Italian-Creole-soul food in Haddonfield



Melange means "mixture" in French and it's the perfect name for Chef Joe Brown's restaurant in Haddonfield. French trained, he mixes the "passion of Italian" with the "southern flair" of New Orleans Creole cuisine. WHYY in Philadelphia shot this video of the chef whipping up healthier versions of some soul food classics. (Note: A second restaurant in Cherry Hill is mentioned in the video, but it has since closed)
