Dhiraj Arora, the Founder of Arora Creations, has his mom in New Jersey to thank for setting him on the road to business success. When he was away at college, he asked her if she would make up some Indian spice blends to liven up the bland meals he and his roommates were cooking. The spice packets were such a hit that they eventually became a business -- and now you can find them in Whole Foods stores throughout the state.
