We picked up these cute little Middle Eastern sweets called "apricot malban" at Khan Market in Parsippany. They're made with apricots, almonds and pistachios -- and they're quite tasty. However, the texture takes a little getting used to. The only way to describe it is to say that they have the consistency of gummy worms, if you made them quite a bit gummier.
