Irish Pork Bangers -- found!

If you like preparing a big feast for Saint Patrick's Day (or any day of the year), Irish pork bangers make a great appetizer. We like browning them, cutting them into bite-size pieces and then drizzling a bit of (very non-Irish) orange juice and maple syrup over the top.

The only problem with pork bangers, though, is finding them! Some supermarkets stock them in March, but the rest of the year has always been a challenge. But now we've found a shop with the unlikely name of "Parsippany Deli and Emerald Gifts" that carries those little treats year round. They also carry a number of other Irish foods, including some tasty chesses. Enjoy!
